Method 1: String or Paper Strip
- Wrap a thin strip of paper or piece of string around the base of your finger.
- Mark where the paper or string overlaps.
- Measure the length in millimeters.
- Use the chart below to find your size.
Method 2: Measure an Existing Ring
- Place a ring that fits well on a ruler.
- Measure the inside diameter in millimeters.
- Match to the chart below.
